This is me taking a self-portrait of me & my dog.
Only I didn’t realize at the time that I had also captured Jersey (our second dog, an American Eskimo) in the background at the same time!
A word about the photos found here…
I have this thing for self-portraits and candid group shots taken while holding the camera at arm’s length away from you.
You almost always manage to capture something unique in those photos — in addition to the priceless expressions of the people being photographed.
Welcome to my photobooth…
The output may not be those long, thin photo strips you’re used to seeing, but the effect is still the same!
I like to help people find unique ways to do things in order to save time & money — so I write about “outside the box” ideas that most wouldn’t think of. As a lifelong dog owner, I often share my best tips for living with and training dogs. I worked in Higher Ed over 10 years before switching gears to pursue activities that I’m truly passionate about. I’ve worked at a vet, in a photo lab, and at a zoo — to name a few. I enjoy the outdoors via bicycle, motorcycle, Jeep, or RV.
